Lindsay Lohan has been required by law to complete random drug testing. According to her recent tweets she admits that she has failed recent testing. While she should realize the consequences of such actions, she has been recently spotted out there on the town enjoying herself. Many wonder if this is her last fling at freedom because she knows the judge in her case won’t be happy with her failing those tests.

One of the repercussions of her failed drug tests is that she won’t be able to travel for work. She had asked to go to both Louisiana for filming and to New York so she could be on Saturday Night Live. Traveling out of state though is definitely going to be out of the question for her now.

In spite of failing her drug tests, Lohan has stated that she has a disease in the form of using drugs. She claims she is working very hard to get passed it but her actions don’t seem to convey the same message. The judge did tell Lohan that if she didn’t pass the drug tests she could end up back in jail. Some believe that is the best place for her – so that she can’t use drugs.

Many speculate that the career for Lohan is over based on these two failed mandatory drug tests. However, the big concern according to experts should be on her life. She is playing a very dangerous game with her body by continuing to use drugs. She is spiraling out of control it is only going to get worse until she makes the commitment to get help.
