Apple phone Leads Rivals with Better Screen Technology and Video Chats

Nokia and pPhoneAnalysts are stating the Apple phone is pulling away from the competition on cell phones using Google Inc.’s competitive software. Thanks to a sharper screen, video-calling features, and a vast assortment of over 225,000 applications. Yesterday, the phone 4 was unveiled. The new iPhone has a camera that is front-facing, 24% thinner, and has better resolution. To help improve network reception there is a stainless band and new style of glass.

Apple hopes to fend off competition from Android which was developed by Google. Even though it lacks in any major surprises it should hold competitors at bay for a while. Apple remains the innovation leader even there was nothing really revolutionary in new item features. A prototype was leaked of the phone in April. It was photographed and dissected by Gizmodo.com even though the enhancements were expected.

The new feature come with a program called FaceTime. This is a video calling program which can be used only with Wi-Fi for now. The official carrier is AT&T and customers will not be able to use them to gain access this feature. Apple is saying this is the biggest jump in functionality and design in over three years.
