President Obama and Hybrid Vehicles

ELECTRIC VEHICLES

President Obama is getting ready to take a trip to Holland, and many speculate it has to do with the electric car industry. In Holland there is going to be a compact power lithium ion battery plant. Here hybrid vehicles will be created. It is very exciting that the President of the United States is going to attend. It has also been confirmed that Korean officials will be in attendance. The fact that our President is going to be there is a clear indication that he believes in the future for the electric car. He wasn’t to reduce pollution as well as oil dependency.

Hybrid vehicles have been around for some time, however they are still on the roads in limited supply. The battery cell project is highly advanced and it could change the future for vehicles around the world. Here the battery packs for various vehicles would be made, allowing hybrid vehicles to be more convenient and hopefully more affordable. The future is very exciting for the electric car, and this is a big step in the right direction. The United States Vice President, Joe Biden, announced a year ago that grants in the amount of $1.35 million would be available to companies in Michigan to help with the concepts of compact power. This is also a step for the United States to take in the electric car industry.
