new speculations about its relation with Linux.

rise to several anticipations regarding the division of intellectual property among Linux and Microsoft.
Reports state, the officials of the company have not yet decided about the division of rights among
Microsoft and Linux. Sources state, the division of the rights will be made public in due time.
The deal between Attachmate and Novell was anticipated by many experts. Though they considered
Attachmate to be the possible acquirer of Novell, they doubted the materialization of the deal for the
huge amount of money that will be demanded by Novell for the deal. The announcement of the deal
today finally ended all doubts about it.
