Whenever new technology is made available to the market, the public is always suspicious on its use. This is very evident when the technology involves improvement of another device, most of the consumers are always hesitant to switch.

Most choose to stay with what they have been using or buy the lesser and mostly cheaper predecessor. Technology that concerns internet connection is treated with suspicion, because it is first changing. The latest internet connection in the market is the 4G network.

As media reports indicate, the only applicable to mobile broadband options to customers are the 3G and 4G services. The two services give their subscribers internet connections on their terms.

As opposed to the wireless, DSL dial up connection, the 3rd and 4th generation allow their users to have a choice on where to connect. The problem with the cable, DSL, and dial- up subscribers is that the users have to be in a stationery place, mostly in an office or in the home environment.

The computers have to be connected to internet by use of wires and at times use telephone lines. This gives room for a fast connection hence, at a cost. A wireless connection allows mobility of the user.

Wireless internet connection brought to the fore faster internet connection that gave room for mobility in the internet usage. This meant that internet users did not need to directly connect their computers by use of cables, wires or telephone lines.

They can move around freely, use their computers in different places such as airports, coffee shops, libraries and even classrooms. In response, laptops have overtime grown in popularity and the devices have also gone up.

Wi-Fi was introduced together with the wireless connection; it was all revolutionized with the 3G and 4G Network services. Third generation internet service made internet connection available to one of the most used and important technology gargets, the mobile phone.

The 3G network has brought with it internet to mobile phones. Subscribers now have the ability to check their emails, go online, get instant messages or even watch movies from their mobile phones.

The 3G network had its issues that companies had to be checked and improved on. This is essentially what has led to the 4G network. The 3G network brought with it the vastest of services in the internet industry but was not fast enough. Internet users used DSL, cable and wireless connection offered speeds.

They were not willing to give up a faster mobile connection, this made the 3G network sell rather quickly but users were uncomfortable with its speed. 14 megabits per download is the speed of 3G and 5.8 megabits per upload, compared to the 00 megabits per second made available by the 4G network.

The fourth generation offers more comparable speeds in comparison to other internet connections. Users were introduced to internet mobile use by the third generation, but the fourth generation has improved the speed of connection. When one wants to have exactly what they want then they can use cables. They have the power to connect to any location they choose and this at a much faster speed.
