Virginia Thomas, Justice Clarence Thomas’ wife, has through her conservative group known as Liberty Central, reiterated she is ready to face the judiciary and prove her case. It is this light that many believe her husband, Supreme Court Justice and a conservative, is to hold a very key vote in striking down the law.
Mrs. Thomas is busy preparing herself to take to the High Court in what she believes is President Obama’s “unconstitutional” regulation of the health insurance law.

Through her group website, she posted information to the effect that she believed the U.S. constitution backed her idea and she was moved by the will of the American people. In her view, freedom was inevitable.

The group was initiated earlier this year to promote conservatives and its members.
In her long conservative activities in Washington Mrs. Has seen her campaigns hit new heights in her rallies and conferences to promote her conservative ideas in her online scheme.

Through selective politics, Liberty Central Virginia Thomas usage has become the first better half of a sitting Supreme Court Justice, many legal experts say. She is funded by very secretive donors who are known by few, leaving many to wield weird thoughts that they fund her to gain favors from Clarence Thomas, her husband.

While distancing himself Professor Steven Lubet of Northwestern University on her judgment of Mrs. Thomas, said that a judge could not be disqualified because of their spouse’s view on constitutional cases.
