In the design that is painted on “Shrek” styled drinking glasses, Cadmium has been found. These glasses are being sold nationwide through McDonalds. There is now a recall of 12,000,000 of these cheap collectible glasses. This now raises more concerns after toxic metals were found in children’s jewelry which was imported from overseas.
Early Friday, the Safety Commission announced a recall warning parents not to use the glasses. The burger giant stated they would give instructions on how to get a refund sometime next week on their website.
