As of March, 2009 home foreclosures are decreasing thanks to a federal program. The goal of President Obama is to make homes affordable. The economy has played a major role in more then 5 million homes facing foreclosure.
This program offers $75 million to assist these families through a loan modification process. In order to qualify, the family has to be able to show they do live at that residence. They also have to show that there is a hardship preventing them from making their payments.

One of the greatest giants of Japanese animation, Satoshi Kon died today at the age of 46 only. He was the director of the movie Paprika and is considered to be the creator of Paranoia agent. His death news was tweeted a few hours age by a Gainax employee and the news was confirmed by Madhouse’s Masao Maruyama through the Otakon committee.
Satoshi Kon was suffering from pancreatic cancer and died yesterday after losing a long battle. His noted works are Perfect Blue, Millennium Actress and Paprika.
