Obama not Happy with the Guidelines for Oil and Gas Pipelines

President Obama isn’t happy at all with the guidelines in place for oil and gas pipelines. As a result, he is calling for changes to be made. This is sparking a great deal of controversy. The review into these guidelines is the result of a recent explosion in California. Lindsay Lohan has been required by law to complete random drug testing. According to her recent tweets she admits that she has failed recent testing. While she should realize the consequences of such actions, she has been recently spotted out there on the town enjoying herself. Paris Hilton has pled to possession of cocaine and will have one year of probation due to a plea bargain made on her behalf. She plead guilty to a lesser charge which makes it a misdemeanor rather than a felony. The stipulations of this probation though state if she is arrested for anything over that a traffic violation during that year the remainder of the probation sentence will be revoked.

If you are a believer in second chances, then you are likely behind Michael Vick and his return to the NFL. The star has been in the spotlight since he was accused of dog fighting involvement. Brad Keselowski took the spotlight by earning the pole position for the Sylvania 300 which will take place in New Hampshire. This is a huge benefit as it could mean a top place finish for Keselowski. The position on the track for starting out plays a vital role often in the outcome of the race.

President Obama is taking further measures to get tough on financial behavior that is illegal or unethical. He has selected Elizabeth Warden to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This organization is one that will fight for the rights of all people. Warden has long been a strong advocate for the middle class.
