General Norman Johnson, the lead singer of the popular band “Chairmen of the Board” died yesterday at the age of 67.
General Johnson started singing at a very young age. At 6, he joined the church choir and at 12, he recorded his debut album. He was a resident of Rayleigh in North Carolina where the band Chairmen of the Board originated and started composing a type of music which they termed as beach music. But they achieved real success and became famous when they moved over to Detroit.

Autumn de Forest, is the 8 year old painting prodigy who was showcased on the Today show. The young artist showed off some of her works to Matt Lauer on the show thereby dazzling the art world with her masterpieces.
