SHIBBOLEET: XKCD TAKES A DIG AT TECH SUPPORT SYSTEMS

XKCD, the web comic has produced another masterstroke this morning by introducing an expertly witty new word: Shibboleet.
The new word has been introduced to make fun of the technical support systems which are present in all companies to help their customers through telephone. According to XKCD, Shibboleet is a sort of secret code to be used to avoid ineffective and unhelpful technical support. NATIONAL BOSSES DAY 2010

National Bosses Day 2010 is going to be celebrated today and plenty of employers are confused of how to behave with their bosses on this day. Usually 16th October is celebrated as National Bosses Day or National Boss’s Day (spelt differently by different people), but this year that being a weekend will be celebrated a day before.
