A new candle company named Kringle Candle Company has been started by Michael ‘Mick’ Kittredge III. He is the son of Michael Kittredge II who is the founder of Yankee Candle Company.

RICE, TEXAS RIPPED BY F2 TORNADO

Rice is a small town located outside Dallas in eastern Texas. A Texas tornado ripped through this town on Sunday and devastated it with four being injured and five homes have been completely destroyed. Rice, with a total population of less than a thousand was treated to winds whose speed reached up to 125 mph. The video footage of the storm was also captured by the emergency management coordinator of the county, Eric Meyers from his car at a location about 45 miles distant from Dallas.

JENNIFER MEE: THE HICCUP GIRL FACES MURDER CHARGES

Jennifer Mee, a 19 year old girl from Florida had grabbed the headlines for nonstop hiccupping for five weeks at a stretch. She has confessed to murdering a man while attempting a robbery which unfortunately went wrong taking the life on a man in the process.
Mee along with two others, 20 year old Laron Raiford and 22 year old Lamont Newton was arrested on charges of murdering a 22 year old man named Shannon Griffin in St. Petersburg, FLA.

Mental Health Convicts Get Second Chance

According to a recent draft report issued by the Judicial Council’s Task Force for Criminal Justice Collaboration, about a quarter of California’s jail and prison inmates have been diagnosed with serious mental illness. Prisoners under probation were twice as likely to commit another offense if they are mentally ill and there was a 36% likelihood for them to violate their terms of release. That’s how the program for treatment came about for substance abusers. They are given psychiatric medication, meeting occasionally with their caseworkers to weigh progress.

Personal Injury Fraud Cases Rise

Three employees of a Fort Myers chiropractor face charges of insurance fraud for billing insurance companies for office visits for a man who was in jail.
The three, Yariselys Hernandez , Luiz Hernandez and Caroline Sterling face insurance fraud charges.
Investigators in the case say that the three were billing insurance companies for services they did not provide. In one case, they billed an auto insurance company for visits even though records clearly showed that the man in jail and could not have possibly visited the doctor during that period.
