Discover credit card users are pealing with delight with an attractive promo offer that gives a handsome cashback bonus, higher than any amount that was earlier given.

Discover cards always have some or the other alluring offers, but this promo pitch is being called its best offer, keeping in view the festive season and the plethora of holiday shoppers.

Earlier there was a 1% cash back offer on every purchase, but for customers who use Discover More, Motiva and Open Road cards, there is now a 2 % cashback bonus for online shopping.

The offer is conveniently given for online shopping between 11/15/10 and 12/31/10, which makes it a canny savings offer for Black Friday sales. You can take advantage of this by signing up as early as possible. Spoiler alert: there is a $1,000 limit.

Discover card is all set for an expansion in Canada, said VP David Ades. So apart from generous cash back offers, they are also being the first to give card acceptance to Canadian merchants.

There is also a $250 Cashback Bonus for existing Discover More cardholders. Though it is being hailed as amazingly lucrative, the hoopla is about a few dollars really. But it never hurts to have some bucks extra. Looks like payments processor Discover is all set to scale new heights with its aggressive promo pitch to rope in cardholders and expansion policy.
