While introducing the beta test, Google said that it had been inspired by the feedback it had got directly from its customers and the new interface offered the three most requested designs.
It went on to say that the new interface included more detailed performance reports and enabled the user to view graphical formats daily. This is on top of it providing extra metrics such as the amount one has earned for various Ads, targeting and bid types.

Google made it clear that the new feature made easier to regulate the numerous aspects of a campaign. Controls have been put in one tab, Allow & block ads, making it easy for users to choose details such as ad category, ad network and others from an easy to locate place.

The third and final element Google emphasized on the new interface efficiency. It has improved on the efficiency by a streamlined layout.
