According to Debrahlee Lorenzana, she has lost her job at Citibank due to the fact that her boss thought she was too attractive to be in the banking business. Lorenzana is very upset by this and says it has been a problem in her life enough that she is tired of it. There is no denying that she is gorgeous but she is also very elegant and very professional. The fact that she lost a job she loved and that she was good at because of her beauty isn’t fair.

When you consider that Lorenzana was making $70,000 annually at her job with the Citibank Manhattan branch one can quickly see what she is upset about. Her lawsuit for wrongful termination also includes sexual harassment. This is due to the fact that she claims many males at the office says that she was too pretty for them to be able to concentrate on completing their work. Lorenzana states that she was picked on daily due to the way her clothing fit her body.

According to the lawsuit, she is also stating that several of the other females working in the same bank branch wore clothing that was similar. In fact, some of them work clothing that was more revealing than what Lorenzana has in her wardrobe. Citibank though states she was fired in August after being transferred to another branch where she received very poor reviews for her work performance.
