Ina Garten: The Food Expert

She is a celebrated culinary expert and food columnist. Ina Garten’s famous turkey recipe will
feature as the Google. She is Google Doodle today. The idea of Google Doodle is to link the subject
of the Google logo to the web pages pertaining to that subject. Keeping in mind the upcoming
festive season Google has directly linked the Google Doodle to some of the special recipes of Garten.
Visitors are just a click away from learning some of the finest yet simplest recipes.

Garten stands out as an expert because of her unique ways. She stresses on fresh ingredients and
always lends time saving tips to her followers. Ina Garten never had any formal training in cooking.
She mastered her skills reading cook books and believing in the feedback of her well-wishers and
customers. Her only guides were Eli Zabar of Eli’s breads and Martha Stewart another culinary
expert. Garten’s gourmet expedition began with her own store “Barefoot Contessa”, she then
continued her journey by writing columns in magazines and newspapers, several books and even
presented a television show “Food Network.”

The occasion of Thanksgiving is made special with this unique arrangement by Google. Just as we
pay our tribute to God, family, friends, and co-workers we must also thank ourselves for being able
to create such wonderful recipes for ourselves. Among the other recipes that the Google link will
offer, is the famous recipe on “Pumpkin Pie”. Another speciality is the “Popover recipe”, it is a simple
preparation which most people would prefer to have for breakfast, but with Garten’s magic, adding
a dash of butter and hot syrup, she makes this regular recipe taste like a delicacy.
