January Jones, the star of Mad Men, is alleged to have left the scene of an accident where she slammed into three parked vehicles. According to LAPD, he was driving a Range Rover and lost control. This resulted in him hitting the other vehicles and severely damaging them. Jones was seen by witnesses leaving her vehicle there and leaving by foot from the accident. She did return though and talked with police. She stated she left due to the paparazzi around here and she just couldn’t take it.

While Jones wasn’t arrested in conjunction with the incident her vehicle was impounded by LAPD. They are investigating the situation at this time. They did release a statement that they don’t believe drugs or alcohol were involved with the situations. According the statement Jones gave police she left the London West Hollywood Hotel after watching a Lakers game. She was driving home when she noticed paparazzi and was trying to elude them.

She claims that was the distraction that caused her to strike the three vehicles that were parked. Due to their harassment she left the vehicle and did call the police. When she called them she was told that the police had already been dispatched to the scene and that she needed to return. That is why the situation wasn’t viewed as a hit and run. The paparazzi continue to follow her though, and have posted photos of her arriving home in a taxi with the same clothing on as the day before.
