Jill Edwards will become the President of the Ladies Golf Union in 2011

![]() Ladies Golf Clubs The Ladies Golf Union (LGU) is excited to bring Jill Edwards into the position as their President in February of 2011. She has held many titles at various ladies golf clubs over the years, often many of them at different locations at the same time and she brings with her an extraordinary amount of knowledge about golf as well as her passion for the game. Edwards played her first championship club ladies golf when she was just 13 years of age. She certainly has the skill and the love of the game to carry into that position as president with her. She has had numerous jobs in different areas of ladies golf clubs. All of that experience is only going to help her to do a tremendous job in this position. All of the fun and rewards that club ladies golf has to offer is something that Edwards continues to embrace. She is very excited about her upcoming role as president of the LGU. Both her Husband Alan and her son Hugh are very happy for her and offer their support as she prepares to take over this office in early 2011. Edwards looks forward to contributing to the game of golf on such a level and to meet many wonderful women that belong to various ladies golf clubs. Image Credit: |
