Kanye West Forgiven by Bush after Racist Comments Row

Seems like the hatchet between Kanye West and G.W. Bush has finally been buried, for now that is.
In an NBC taped interview in the Today Show, the prolific rapper had said to Matt Lauer that he dully regretted that after the advent of Hurricane Katrina the former president hardly cares about the welfare of black people.

Kanye West said that he would say to George Bush that during a frustrating moment, he lacked the ground to term the former president as a racist, adding that he believed in situations where emotions are charged people always lack the right choice of words.

In the memoir of G.W. Bush, called Decision Points, he termed the moment as “disgusting” amidst being his presidency’s lowest ebb.

Bush appeared separately on the NBC Show and after watching West’s taped video remarks uttered that he did appreciate it, adding that it hardly was West alone who uttered words to the same effect and was only citing the rapper as just an example.

Bush said he forgave Kanye West once he was asked. He continued that he hardly hated the rapper but was uttering on a surrounding of individuals being ready to speak hurtful words, yet nobody really likes to be termed a racist, more so if one truly believes in racial equality.
