A new candle company named Kringle Candle Company has been started by Michael ‘Mick’ Kittredge III. He is the son of Michael Kittredge II who is the founder of Yankee Candle Company.
The door of the Kringle Candle Company was officially opened on Saturday and already people have started to talk about them including some celebrities like Kathie Lee Gifford. Kathie Lee spoke about the new candle company in her show ‘ Kathie Lee and Hoda’s Favourite Things’ on Today and revealed that the best part about the candles of The Kringle Candle Company is that all candles are absolutely white regardless of their scents.
These candles will be more appreciated by those people to want to coordinate a certain room with a colour in the house along with the scent. The different scents that are available include peppermint twist, gingerbread, frosted cake and Nantucket rose. Besides these, holiday themed items are also available.
Speaking on the new company, its owner Kittredge talked about how the concept of candles came into his mind. He said a project in his college required him to create a business plan and candles were his natural choice. Receiving help from his father, Michael started making candles in the basement and sold them to local businessmen.
Though being very close to each other, there is a discreet line of difference between the Yankee and Kringle candles. The 36 flavour line of the Kringle candles, besides being white will display more light providing more illumination and also offers a contemporary look that will look good with any background. The company provides scented candles in the kitchen fire Ramekin, which is available in seven different sizes and styles.
