After Sasha Vujacic, the Los Angeles Laker proposed to Maria Sharapova and in a very expensive way, it has come to the limelight that the question was popped out with an engagement ring worth $250,000.

The Tennis superstar expressed her surprise, saying that she was very lucky to have been “very much spoiled”. She continued that the evening was not only memorable but also special in her life, something to always have in mind since it was indeed, “very sweet”.

However, Sasha Vujacic and Maria Sharapova, after dating for about a year are yet to post a date for their due wedding.

A jewelry expert said that the engagement ring on the superstar looks much like a diamond cushion-cut, lying around 7-8 carats on a platinum band that’s split shank and worth a cool $250K.

Maria Sharapova confirmed that the Sasha Vujacic was the one who carried out the shopping for the ring without her knowing anything, saying that she was thankful her fiancée did have a “great taste” and that Sasha “did good”.

On their romance, she said it worked because the LA Laker is always around for her, respecting her right from the start and seems to understand her life. She said that both of them are quite independent as their career seems to demand that of them but overall, they are both strong and comfortable when they are with one another.
