The sixth most popular search site as indicated by the Google trends, the Mediatakeout.com has crashed failing to handle the traffic load. The recent posts about the birth of singer Alicia Keys and other reports on Bishop Eddie Long, and Rapper T.I. have increased the traffic load to an extent which has led the server of such a popular site to crash.

Mediatakeout.com is famous for its reports on African American (black) celebrities and talks about all the gossips regarding them. A user making a visit to the website will get a message displayed which says:

Database Error!

Can’t open file: ‘. /mediatak_stories/news_views.frm’ (errno: 24)

This error means that the site is unable to handle the workload when its needed the most and it is unable to handle the amount of attention it has been getting. After refreshing the error screen moves away but still some difficulties remain. The site takes a lifetime to load and keeps loading until it comes back to the error screen.

This comes as a bad news. The most provocative and daring headlines on the net are found in this site and that is what has become their speciality making them one of the most popular search. Headlines like Beyonce’s PREGNANT!!!, Nicki Minaj SEXTAPE etc are very rare in other sites other than MediaTakeOut.com.

Thus for MediaTakeOut.com to crash server due to its inability to withstand traffic load is a great disappointment and comes out as a huge failure. So isn’t it a question mark on the public attention that it receives?
