The stealth fighter jet, which was missing since Tuesday night has crashed. Teams that were sent for the
rescuing the jet and its pilot have found the evidences of F22 crash. However, they have not been able
to trace the remains of the pilot from the crash site. Therefore, they are still searching for the pilot of
the ill-fated jet and are hopeful about his survival.
The officials stated that the rescue time has not yet found any trace of the missing pilot. In his
statement, Col. Jack McMullen said the pilot was trained to save himself if the plane crashes and was
also equipped with the necessary accessories needed to survive in the cold temperature of Anchorage.
Therefore, if he had ejected from the plane on time, he has the chances of survival. Though the officials
confirmed the news of plane crash, they did not disclose the identity of the pilot, who was flying the jet.
They have also not provided any other details of the pilot.
The official statement released by the authorities’ stated aerial search for the pilot is still on progress
and they will update the media if there is any news. Confirming the news of the crash, the officials
stated, the wreckage of the stealth jet were found from north of Anchorage, on Wednesday. They are
hopeful to find the pilot alive in somewhere close to the spot of the crash. The officials have not yet
release the reason behind the crash of this high end jet and people will have to wait for some time to
get updates on the story.
