In the last time it has been found that many celebrities are canceling their twitter accounts for various reasons. One recent example is John Mayer, who closed his twitter account after his concert tour was over, but the list is becoming longer.

Celebrities having twitter accounts are having a lot of problems as they do not know what to write and what not to share. Celebrities are always hounded by their fans and when they see their star sharing his or her emotions, many misunderstandings take place.

Miley Cyrus is another example who deleted her twitter account last year and Amanda Bynes did it recently without any explanation for her fans.

Tom Cruise once fired his PR person and decided to exchange his views with his fans directly. We all know the mess he created and there was a time he almost got alienated from the public. Sometimes, the stars also express wrong emotions which they should not in a public place and that creates professional jealously in many ways.

Taking lessons from these incidents, many studios have initiated a no twitter policy on their working stars.
