There have been changes in the Republicans leadership with party members electing two fresh members from the concluded elections to help the party close the gap between the already established leadership and the incoming members who will be in January.

Kristi Noem: One of the New Faces in GOP Leadership

The new Rep. elect members who have taken the elected roles are Kristi Noem and Tim Scott, expected to serve as liaisons between the party leadership and the 2011 class.

The steps have been taken to ensure the party delivers to the people who voted them in the concluded elections by first making sure they tackle the people’s problems by being close to them, understanding their needs and solving them. This is a view shared by the party incoming leadership both fresh and established.

The party is very prepared for the task ahead and members were not only ready but also ready to push their campaign conservative messages through.

The party was ready to listen to the diverse opinions of their supporters and was going to give the current class of leaders the chance to have new persons drive the party forward. The party was taking its members on orientation on Wednesday.

The new republican set up has also got three slots available in the 28 member Republican Steering committee. This is the body responsible for designating committee positions.
