Obama Closing Choice for Progress or Failure As November 2 Beckons

As he closes out a tumultuous and perilous election period for Democrats, the President seems to give his final argument as a choice for Americans to go back to failure or progress.

While critics agree President Obama is talking about Congress control, but there is no way he could escape his own imprint on the entire election.

Obama Seeks to Impression in Closing

As he echoes the spirited campaign of 2008, mentioning as much as he can on the work yet to be done and in every photo taken with another candidate, the president is serving another reminder to those who care to see that his personal agenda seems to be at stake in the midterm elections.

Deploying Obama is a card played by the White House, so that he could stir some enthusiasm in the right places while recruiting voters in the election. He is also trying as much as he could to drive critics and supporters from the notion that the midterm election is some kind of a referendum on his presidency as well as the yet to improve economy.

About a half of voters who are likely to vote have said the way they will be voting come Nov 2, will hardly be affected by the president in any way, according to a new poll. However, about the same number says they will be using the House Vote, in a way, to send an open message to the Obama administration, about 26% in opposition and about 23% in support.

The Democrat control of the Senate and the House seems to be in obvious jeopardy as the midterm elections draw close, and Obama has been investing so much time in convincing his supporters on the importance of voting on Nov 2. He put it so well and clear during a fundraiser, saying that unless Democrats are maintained in the Senate and House, it’s obvious they will be stalled, probably begin to go backwards for two or even four years.
