On Monday, President Obama who is frustrated over BP’s failure to stop the gusher of oil coming deep within the ocean, was apparently mad as hell. He is fed up with being criticized for not doing enough to stop the worsening problem in the Gulf. In his toughest language to-date, Obama said, “I just do not sit around talking to experts to fix this. I just want to know whose ass to kick.”

He was being interviewed on the Today Show which is airing this morning. When the President was asked about BP Hayward downplaying the impact on the environment as modest and the spill was considered small Obama bristled. He commented, “After making those statements, he definitely would no longer be working for my administration.”

Since the April 20th explosion Obama has been in the loop on the situation. Last month He visited the gulf before the BP officials were paying enough attention to it. He talked to local folks about what a crisis it could be and talked to fishermen and other businesses. The President states a review of the situation is underway and he did not want to judge BP at this time but his confidence in them is not great. The first reports coming out shows corner cutting in safety and human error was involved.
