A former soldier named Robert Anthony Quinones has been arrested for charges of threatening to kill President Obama and former President Bill Clinton. Quinones is a resident of Hinesville, Georgia and is only 29 years old. He is also charged for attempting to take hostages at a military base in Georgia.

Quinones was arrested on Monday after a two hour long hostage like situation at the Winn Army Community Hospital on Fort Stewart, which is located about 45 miles from Savannah. According to reports published by FBI, he was demanding mental health care at the hospital.

The main charges against Quinones are assaulting a federal officer and attempts to kidnap him in the incident and the entire drama ended with the surrender of the gunman. After the surrender, he disclosed that he was making plans to kill President Obama and former President Bill Clinton.

A search conducted by the FBI into his residence resulted in finding 11 long guns, four pistols, many rounds of ammunition and many dozens of bayonets and knives. Many important books and manuals were also found about FBI hostage rescue teams Osama Bin Laden, Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh, different Russian mafia and many other topics on destruction.

At the hospital, he took one hostage and took him to the third floor and there, he took two more people at the gunpoint and he surrendered after a series of negotiations.
