A deluxe all-inclusive hotel on the azure blue and picturesque Riviera Maya is hogging the limelight as the destination to head for. The BlueBay Grand Esmeralda boasts of 984 rooms and suites, and upscale facilities like swimming pools, restaurants with lip-smacking fare and a host of other deluxe facilities. The Riviera Maya adds gam to the BlueBay Grand Esmeralda with picture postcard palm trees, and rejuvenating turquoise blue waters. You can have the exotic Caribbean seascape lap up all your anxieties and revel in the unspoilt beauty of the locale. The blogosphere is abuzz with this all-inclusive hotel where you can get an enviable tan as you relax and sun-bathe. The BlueBay Grand Esmeralda is very conveniently located near tourist hotspot Playa del Carmen on the Fifth Avenue that is studded with quaint craft shops, restaurants and curio stores with luxe beaded junk jewellery to boot. This is the place to party it up as the holiday season sets in with the Cancun International Airport around 34 miles away. The swish set can get bronzed under the warm skies and amid ethereal ambience. The hotel offers a sumptuous experience in a one-stop location. Picky critics who reviewed the place found little to pick a bone with. The steak here is famed, though vegans will find little solace in the salad bar which has a limited offering. Drinks are plenty, be it the fiery Herradura Reposado tequila or the Red Label scotch. The Italian specialty restaurant too lives up to its name. |
