Declan Sullivan, who died of a tragic accident during a Notre Dame football practice , seemed to have an eerie hunch of his impending death. Sullivan was a tower in the perched atop LaBar Practice Complex filming a practice session when the hydraulic camera tower blew over. The Notre Dame student manager was positioned at a height of nearly thirty feet from the ground, and plummeted to his death when the temporary structure buckled owing to strong windy conditions. The impact meant instantaneous death for the student, who was hailed by peers as a sociable and fun person. Twitter bugs are now agog with the news that the Notre Dame student seemed to know about his fate. In a macabre prediction given cheerfully atop the scissor lift, Declan Sullivan said in a tweet that wind speed was above 60 mph, filming would be fun, and that he guessed he had “lived long enough.” The humorous message ended up as an ominous hunch of the tragedy. Declan Sullivan’s next update on the social networking site while working amid gusty winds was that it was a “terrifying” experience. Image Credit: |
