World Cup 2010: Netherlands vs Uruguay

Tuesday’s Netherlands victory sends the orange soccer jerseys machine of to the World Cup final for the first time since 1978. Netherlands 3-2 Uruguay and the blue tee shirts will fight Saturday for the bronze medals. Netherlands lost in the title game to host West Germany in 1974 and host Argentina in 1978. After thirty two years they have a better chance to win the title, facing Spain, which advanced to their first-ever final spot after they won 1-0 with three-time World Cup champion Germany.
