Verizon, Motorola and Droid Phones

Motorola Incorporation expressed on Tuesday that the Verizon Wireless will be selling Droid Pro, which is the mobile manufacturer’s first device. This would be for business customers on the Google’s popular and familiar operating system Android. The phone company will also be aiming at getting right into the market that has been dominated by the RIM’s Blackberry, sold as well at the Verizon Wireless, which is the number one mobile operator in the United States. Verizon has heavily promoted the first two Motorola’s Droid phones, namely the Droid X and the Droid, something that has really helped the company to revitalize and change the ailing state of its phone business sometimes in late 2009. Motorola also said that its new device will support the Flash software from Adobe Systems and with its short range types of Wi-Fi connections, it can be in use in network that are cellular covered. The CEO of Motorola has said that most Blackberry users in the market are eagerly awaiting a switch on a high class device that offers extra functionality. The CEO also said that most people are buying smartphones but also want to access their own company email. The CEO also expressed that consumers like specific features but also want those types of enterprise features.
