In recent times poverty, education, health care, environment, war and terrorism have dominated our everyday TV programs. Leaders in government buildings, people in the cafeteria, in the park and home discuss these problems. There are so many youths who do not care about global development and the problems that occur in the world. There maybe two options that affect youths.

The youths are not interested in serious topics.

The adults are ignorance about discussing the problems with the youths. During the forum, the representatives of the youths met and discussed the global problems and their recommendations. The aim of the forum was to provide a chance for all the youths to participate actively in solving the global problems. For development, the forum was most concerned with practical work which the youths who volunteered did.

The World Youth Assembly which was created by the forum formed in 1970 by the United Nation, collapsed. This made the youth to relax in the cooperation of solving global problems. They enjoy there world and are careless with peace and conflicts.

Serious communication, dialogue, and cooperation that go beyond religious, regional, and racial borders are the important keys in bringing back peace in the world. We should form the same youth assembly by getting used to the current situation before the change takes place. This can be done through the use of modern technology such as the internet. Imagine if all the youths in every region form a network around the world and form one big network which links all regions, states and countries.

This will regularly coordinate and manage local, national and international forum in the internet. Thousands of participants from different cultures and backgrounds may take part and discuss issues with their counterparts through video conference. With these mechanisms an issue may be discussed and seek get global development problem solved.

A forum that bring about well developed discussions and communication will reduce fear, promote openness and equality among the people. The members can work together to solve economic, education, environments to regional and global security, international cooperation which emphasize on the common interests and global prosperity and protection of the human rights.

If every youth in a region and country stands to initiate a positive way on how they view peace, they can inspire positive values to their families and friends who will in turn inspire more people, hence every youth takes part in creating a peaceful world.

A forum that employs well-developed discussion and communication will reduce the radicalism; promote openness and equality as well in line with global development. The members can walk hand in hand to solve economic, education, environments and other problems. By partaking in this forum, youths will contribute to regional and global security, international cooperation which emphasize on the common interests and common global development, prosperity, and protect youth human rights to exist and to develop.
