Mel Gibson is to part with $60,000 as child support to Oksana Grigorieva, an ex-girlfriend after the finalizing of the hearing custody of Lucia, their baby daughter.

Mel Gibson has been news in months as the case progressed as well as an explicit that was leaked and had racist and sexist rant directed to her, alleged to have been from him in a confrontation in January.

The two had been tussling for a couple of months but of late reached an agreement, albeit privately, pertaining to the case for custody, as media reports showed. Gibson’s court appearance on Wednesday was the first time ever the director cum actor and writer appeared as himself in court over the issue.

Grigorieva was also allowed by the judge to continue living in the home of the actor in LA’S Sherman Oaks suburb with their infant daughter Lucia, rent-free.

In the meantime, authorities are going ahead with investigations that were in trying to unravel the claims by the actor that Oksana had attempted exhortation from him months ago. Gibson has allayed all fears of their being a domestic abuse and no charges are yet to be filed or any arrests on the offing.
