Hillary Clinton was not able to get Brazil’s support for additional sanctions against Iran.
Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, the Brazilian President, mentioned even before meeting Clinton that it is not the best idea “to push Iran into a corner.”
On the other side, Clinton said that Iran will negotiate in good faith only after the sanctions are passed in the Security Council.
